Sustain-D is a non-profit NGO organization, a think tank and a catalyst for promoting sustainable initiatives and businesses. The ‘D’ in Sustain-D stands for Data-Driven. Data-driven approaches enable informed decision-making, efficient resource management, and measurable impact assessment, essential for addressing complex environmental, economic and social challenges.
Data-Driven Sustainability
Data-Driven Sustainability refers to the practice of using data and analytics to guide and enhance sustainability efforts. This approach involves sharing, collecting, analyzing, and applying data to make informed decisions that support sustainable practices and policies.
We need solutions built on data that can be trusted. Our concepts are based on Common European Data Spaces, in particular the Green Deal Data Space and initiatives like the GREAT project, The Green Deal Data Space will become a common marketplace for data, algorithms and applications from and for businesses, consumers, government and citizens, connecting public and private data ecosystems.
A Decentralized Cooperation Model
Sustain-D.World will operate a decentralized cooperation model, empowering communities and enabling agile, responsive decision-making. In building networks and partnerships, we will leverage new technologies like e.g. Decentralized autonomous organizations.
